On this website you will find a lot
of our travel pictures from all over
the world. Mostly they are from our favourite destinations Asia
and the Middle East. The most recent 2011 pictures are from
Tibet and Turkey. In 2010 we visited Berlin, the
Azores and Thailand, in 2009 Hong Kong, Thailand and Turkey for hiking in
Cappadocia. In 2008 our destinations were to Japan and Romania,
again for hiking. We also added some scanned
old slides from
previous trips, Amsterdam and Holland pictures and some pictures of temporary
events.
A second part of the website exists of the genealogy of Huigen and
Hilkmann, a family story, photographs and a family tree. If you
want to know more, contact us via e-mail or via our guestbook which you
can find under "info". There you will also find interesting links
and some statistics.
One of our other
big hobbies is food, so check out our most favourite recipes.
Starters, some main courses, deserts, cakes etc. Unfortunately most are
in Dutch, some in English. We do hope that you have a good time surfing our website!
