In two weeks we travelled with public transport through Jordan with its ancient monuments, its modern mosques, the beautiful landscape of Wadi rum, the blue water of Aqaba, its friendly and hospitable people and its delicious food. The landscape is normally very dry and sandy but rain can suddenly fill the wadi's near Petra and Wadi rum, which are very famous and popular by tourists. |
